Using techniques seen more in Burgundy than Austria the project is responsible for some of Austrias most exciting red wines. This comes fromold vines in Neckenmarkt and has tremendous density and fruit weight with cooking spices tobacco and dried herbs building complexity. Lively acid and affirming tannins lend it great structure.
