This ripping off-dry Riesling from the Clare Valley is sourced from is sourced from 3 sites in the Valley (from north to south): Gully View and Milburn in Watervale and Mocandunda (next to Hanlin Hill), each lying around 440 metres above sea level with a vine age of 14-26 years. The resulting wine i laden with racing acidity and brilliant florals and a whiff of lime and lemon zest. The palate is subtly sweet, with concentrated pit fruit and honeydew flavours braced by tangy lemon zest. Blends sweetness and cut smoothly, finishing with excellent clarity and persistence.
