WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard nbsp Premium Heathcote nbsp 60 shiraz 40 cabernet sauvignon The Redesdale vineyard is in the cooler southern part of the Heathcote GI Classic Heathcote purple hues rich bouquet full of plums and dark berries a full palate with a long lingering finish virtue of he quality French oak puncheons and hogsheads nbsp Not yet shown on the wine circuit however we are confident medals will be awarded in the upcoming show season nbsp Hand pruned and picked no pesticides a traditional handmade wine that is vegan compliant no animal derived products used in the winemaking TASTING NOTES A blend of 60 Shiraz and 40 Cabernet from a single vineyard in the Heathcote region - dark berry fruits and minty notes on the nose with a soft fruity palate supported by toasty oak and fine tannins leading to a long lingering finish
