WINERY INFORMATION A boutique winery situated in the Granite Belt region of Queensland Just Red is a family owned wine business running since 1993 Owned by Tony and Julia Just Red specialises in red wines made from Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Tannat and Viognier grapes All varieties aregrown at Just Red rsquo s vineyard located in Ballandean - making them 100 authentic Granite Belt wines TASTING NOTES Produced in the traditional method by co-fermenting Shiraz with a small portion of Viognier grapes Just Red Shiraz Viognier has earned many awards and accolades It is an elegant and rich wine featuring a deep dark red colour with purple hues The wine has a complex nose of aromas including vanilla strawberry and hints of peach A burst of fruit and floral aromatics the wine is full-bodied on the palate A suitable match for most meat dishes the wine can also be enjoyed with chicken venison or lamb nbsp
