Mike DeGaris is a winemaker of rare ability, and the Hunter Valley is where he does his best work. This ravishing Shiraz displays classic Hunter characteristics of rich berry and plum, with chalky tannins and a very persistent finish. Only top-notch fruit goes under the Honour Roll label, so if you ike quality, you'll love this. Drinking til 2021, we recommend tucking a few away in the cellar for even better drinking.
