WINERY INFORMATION The Home Hill vineyard was established in 1992 by Terry Bennett who started planting grapevines on his family property as a weekend hobby This small vine block gradually expanded to a 6ha vineyard which is currently managed by Vineyard Manager Sean Bennett The winemaking teamuses premium fruit parcels sourced from this award-winning vineyard to produce an outstanding range of delicious and cool climate wines TASTING NOTES Home Hill Ms Daisy is a pink coloured blend crafted by the fusion of 40 Chardonnay with 60 Pinot Noir grapes Post treatment on lees for 4 years this attractive wine flaunts mesmerising aromas of raspberries strawberries and rose petals from its delicate nose These fragrances swiftly move to the luscious palate to end the wine in an enticing finale Drink this mouth watering Cuv eacute e with smoked salmon buttered peppercorn and scrambled eggs
