WINERY INFORMATION Henry rsquo s Drive Vignerons was named so in regards to Henry John Hill the proprietor of the mail coach service which drove through the Longbottom family property The company was started by third generation members Kim and Mark Longbottom With a shared passion for viticultue and winemaking they began planting vines on their family property in the year 1992 The company rsquo s cellar door is located on the picturesque hilltop of Padthaway overlooking the family vineyards and olive grove nbsp TASTING NOTES Pillar Box Cabernet Sauvignon is a purple coloured drink accompanied by a dark rim The attractive bouquet exhibits mesmerising fragrances of spearmint blackcurrant and flowering thyme A sip of the wine reveals rich flavours of cassis cocoa and rose hip These aromas and flavours end the wine in a captivating finale Drink this tempting Cab Sauv with food items like Kangaroo fillet with roasted baby beetroot or zucchini gratin with tomato confit to fully appreciate its rich fruit flavours nbsp
