WINERY INFORMATION Hemera Estate Wines takes pride in producing premium handcrafted wines using the finest grapes grown on their 45ha vineyard This lush vineyard is nestled on the outskirts of Lyndoch SA The estate was earlier owned by Darius and Pauline Ross who purchased the property in 1993 Winston Wines acquired the company in 2012 They renamed the property Hemera Estate after the Greek goddess of daylight nbsp TASTING NOTES Post maturation in a combination of new and old French oak casks Limited Release Cabernet Franc shows a deep purple colour with blue tints The perfumed nose presents lush aromas of mulberry blueberry and spice with choc-mint hints evident in the backdrop The medium bodied palate packs blackberry dark chocolate and oak spice flavours supported by fine oak and fruit tannins This alluring Cabernet Franc from Hemera Estate ends in a soft and lingering finish With a cellaring potential of 6 to 10 years this delicious red wine tastes splendid with toasted walnuts roasted beef and Brie cheese nbsp
