WINERY INFORMATION Situated on Barossa Valley Way in Lyndoch SA Hemera Estate is a reputed winery producing full flavoured and handcrafted wines The company is nestled on a 100-year-old vineyard which was owned by Pauline and Darius Ross till 2012 They acquired the property in 1993 and release their first vintage under the Ross Estate wine label in 1999 In 2012 Winston Wines acquired the winery changing its name to Hemera Estate nbsp TASTING NOTES The juicy grapes used to create Evolution Chardy Chardonnay were gently crushed and air bag pressed The free run juice was cool fermented and then blended carefully This led to the creation of a light straw green hued wine A whiff of the wine presents mesmerising aromas of melon nectarine and white peach The luscious palate packs flavours of guava and pineapple offering a silky mouthfeel This wonderful Chardonnay from Hemera Estate ends in a zesty and lingering finish marked by citrus characters Made for consumption upon release this elegant white wine tastes excellent with saut eacute ed catfish chocolate mousse and Brie cheese nbsp
