Aged for more than 6 years. A selection of 3 casks from an old 142 cask Tio Pepe Solera. Casks 1 9 and 11 were selected for their delicate aroma & for maintaining an intese layer of 'flor' over the wine. Bottled without filtration/clarification. Pale golden in colour with green reflections. Intnse nose with characteristics of aged finos. Aromas of the flor with slight touches of oxidative aromas. Full in the mouth with a marked dryness. Salty and slightly bitter finish. Enjoy slightly chilled.
