Flying Dutchman No.3 is named after the mythical and legendary ghost ship once again made famous by the movies of Pirates of the Caribbean. It is one of the only Rums on earth to be 100% pot distilled which is a meticulous and incredibly hard process to make rum. Flying Dutchman is aged in America oak along with Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso casks for 3 years creating a complex and rich aged spirit.
