Polzs Sauvignon Blancs are among the most compelling anywhere in the world. Grown in southern Styria in Austrias south this is a moderately aromatic style charming with pebbly/stony elements supporting some fresh and delicate white florals and stone fruits. There's a little herbal Sauvignon edge ut in an altogether riper way than you might expect. Its succulent and juicy with a chalky minerality and those soft edges continue through to the finish. A lovely balanced Sauvignon Blanc.
