WINERY INFORMATION Chandon Wines rsquo vineyards produce premium fruit parcels for crafting elegant and delightful still as well as sparkling wines These flourishing vineyards are situated in the Strathbogie Ranges King Valley and Yarra Valley regions As a skilled viticulturist Daniel Dujic enures that only the best fruit is harvested for creating some of Australia rsquo s premium cool climate wines nbsp TASTING NOTES The luscious grapes used to craft this gorgeous Pinot Noir Ros eacute were harvested and left on skin contact followed by maceration in open fermenters This led to the creation of a crystal clear wine showing a rose petal pink colour A swirl of the glass offers mesmerising aromas of strawberry raspberry cranberry fresh cherry rose petal and pink marshmallow The generous palate contains juicy flavours of strawberry and raspberry supported by gentle acidity This delicious Ros eacute culminates in a long and refreshing finale It is an excellent match food like salt and pepper squid salmon blinis with cr egrave me Fraiche and goat cheese nbsp
