WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard This wine has its origins in both confidence and doubt It comes from two small blocks of the Crabtree Watervale Estate One I was always sure produced the best Riesling on the property ndash classic riesling ground of red loam in limestone deep-rooted dry-grown and outh facing TASTING NOTES Fragrant floral aromatics with lively palate freshness and soft acidity Punchy citrus fruit flavour Serve with South Australian King George Whiting with a lemon aioli and garden fresh salad
