WINERY INFORMATION Churchview Estate has been named so since the tasting room at the estate provides a scenic view of St Johns a heritage listed Anglican church nearby Of the 100 hectares the property stretches across 56 ha are planted with 16 distinct grape varieties Churchview was awarded a ive star rating by James Halliday in 2016 TASTING NOTES This elegant SSB is a blend of 80 Sauvignon Blanc with 20 Semillon grapes In a glass it displays a pale straw colour with light green hints Scintillating aromas of tropical fruits gooseberries citrus and fresh cut grass flow off the fragrant nose The lively and refreshing palate packs flavours of kiwi lime lemon and asparagus which fuse with zingy acidity to provide a clean and lingering finale This vibrant SSB pairs best with fresh seafood nbsp
