This is the second wine from Chateau St Martin, one of the very few and exclusive Cru Classe in Provence. That means you're getting a wine from one of the best terroirs in Provence... No wonder why this estate is one of our French President's favourites! What we like here is the perfect balance - o freshness (acidity), flavours and texture. Pale, pretty and super elegant, it has crunchy red fruits but a really smooth aftertaste. It's easy to go on and on - about the clean, classic, "less is more", careful winemaking or the beautiful texture. But I'll just say this is a lovely rosé that you will fall in love with.
