Winner of a Gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2011 this rum has a rich dark gold mahogany colour wonderful intense nose of sweet raisins sultanas hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak. On the palate strong with sweet honeyed fruit and spices giving a lovely balaced and complex rum. The Forgotten Casks have not been chill filtered and is a blend of 6 to 11 year old rums: intense raw and satisfying.
