Cambridge Distillery Master Distiller Will Lowe handcrafts Japanese Style Gin in tiny batches of 50 litres at UKs smallest distillery. The worlds first gin to be made with Japanese botanicals yuzu cucumber seasame seeds sansho and shish leaf are showcased along side juniper of course in a gin hat is floral and light but has a touch of savoury at the back of the palate. From the beautiful liquid inside to the hand screenprinted bottle this is a beautiful bespoke unique gin.
