WINERY INFORMATION Bremerton Wines crafts an exceptional range of full flavoured powerful and mouth-filling Langhorne Creek wines The winemaking team ensures that the consistency and quality of these flavoursome and individualistic wines are maintained in every vintage produced The Willson famil owners of the Bremerton estate produced their first wine in 1988 using Cabernet Sauvignon grapes purchased from a neighbour nbsp TASTING NOTES Bremerton Fiano is a pale straw coloured wine displaying light green tinges This attractive Fiano exhibits sharp aromas from its scintillating nose The palate is intense and textural filled with flavours of fresh citrus curd coupled with a subtle nuttiness These aromas and flavours are balanced by a refreshing acidity to provide an elegant mouthfeel and a captivating finish to the wine It has the potential to be cellared for 2 to 3 years This delightful white wine can also be consumed upon release served chilled with Italian cuisine seafood pasta and whole fish baked in salt
