Best's was one of the first wineries in the Great Western region of Victoria, and is rich in vinous history. This Cab Sauv is a medium-bodied number, and shows lots of hedgerow berries and soft spice on the nose, along with toasted cedar. The palate is graceful and juicy, with blackberry and plummy lavours, chalky tannins, and a bright spiced plum finish. Mongolian lamb would be great with this! Red - Cabernet Sauvignon and Blends - Cabernet Sauvignon
