WINERY INFORMATION Berton Vineyards lies 500 meters above sea level on the highest point of the Barossa It is a picturesque spot with grape varieties like Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon abundantly growing on the vineyard These grapes are renowned the world over for thir intense aromas and juicy fruit characters TASTING NOTES This marvellous Outback Jack Shiraz by Berton Vineyards is a delicate flavoursome and full bodied wine showing a deep hue Perfumed aromas flow from its gracious nose while the rich and complex palate packs ripe flavours of red currant plum and mocha to end in a soft lengthy and persistent oak finale This pleasing Shiraz can be cellared for a period of two years to develop intense fruit flavours and complexity It pairs well with roast meats and rich pasta dishes
