TASTING NOTES Bright gold with bright green Tones The bouquet of this Sauvignon Blanc subdued of tropical fruits melon peach and passionfruit with an underline of mineral notes The front palate is textural with gooseberry guava lemon lime complimented by a smooth mouthfeel with a dry mineralfinish A small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc was aged in oak to soften up the acidity making it rounder and smoother in the palate Food match with a seafood nbsp salad with asparagus red peppers amp pea-shoots or Thai fish cakes
