WINERY INFORMATION After Hours Wine produces award winning handcrafted wines using fruit sourced from the family owned Mathews vineyard The Mathews family acquired Hopelands Vineyard in December 2005 and reworked it the next year The vineyard is currently owned and managed by Warwick Mathews nsp TASTING NOTES After Hours 9 to 5 Shiraz is a deep purple coloured wine displaying crimson highlights along the edges The aromatic bouquet is perfumed with mocha and violet fragrances This wonderful Shiraz is medium to full bodied on the palate brimming with concentrated flavours of red berries chocolate and rich spices Fine and smooth tannins integrate with savoury nuances eventually culminating in a captivating finish Pair this vibrant red wine with grilled beef served rare beef stews and Cheddar cheese to fully appreciate its grand fruit flavours nbsp
